Wananavu Beach Resort Wananavu Beach Resort is situated on the most northern tip of Fiji's main island - Viti Levu. Wananavu is located on a headland overlooking the crystal clear waters of the Pacific where we offer spectacular ocean and sunset views. Accommodations Situated on Fiji's main island at Viti Levu's most Northern point - 2 1/4 hours drive from Nadi Airport, Wananavu Beach Resort accommodation in Fiji offers you the feel of an island paradise with the convenience of the mainland. Come Join Zendiving and CHUM on another awesome adventure, but this time, we invade Florida!
After the immense success of this past weekend's Sonnier Bank/Flower Gardens/Stetson Bank trip, Zendiving and CHUM are getting together for another dive trip with Spree Expeditions. This time we will be exploring the Dry Tortugas North Ecological Reserve on a 5-day sport diving trip leaving out of Stock Island, adjacent to Key West.

WHEN: June 24th through June 28th (Tuesday to Saturday) are diving days. Discussion Thread: If you would like to see what others are saying about this trip and/or you would like to go, READ/POST HERE! FOR THOSE FLYING IN: TRAVEL DATES: (Flying into either Key West, Miami or Ft Lauderdale) Depart from Home: June 23rd (Monday) and be at the Rusty Anchor Restaurant on Stock Island no later than 1730 (5:30PM) Depart for Home: June 29th (Sunday) - Allow plenty of time for your no fly times. FOR THOSE DRIVING IN: TRAVEL DATES: (Driving in) Arrive in Stock Island, FL (see the map at http://www.spreeexpeditions.com/map_dry_tortugas.asp) no later than 1730 (5:30pm). We will ALL be meeting at the Rusty Anchor Restaurant for a briefing and dinner before boarding the MV Spree. Dinner: June 23, 2008 @ approximately 5:30pm Boarding: June 23, 2008 after dinner Diving Days: June 24th through June 28th (Tuesday to Saturday) Return: June 28 @ approximately 5 PM at the dock. Where: Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary - Dry Tortugas on the M/V Spree Who: We have 12 spots and CHUM has 12 spots....that's right - between the two of us we have the whole boat. How much: $1,150.00 (includes tank rental and NITROX and weights) The Spree made many changes to the boat last year. The price INCLUDES NITROX and tank rental, sorry there is no discount for air. There is a limit of 24 passengers. They added another shower and head on the dive deck, an extra shelf to the camera table, and 2 gear rinse tanks for wetsuits. FOR THOSE FLYING IN: TRAVEL DATES: (Flying into Houston International (IAH) preferred) Depart Home: August 29th (Friday) and be at the dock no later than 8PM in Freeport Depart Houston: September 2nd (Tuesday) Allow plenty of time for your no fly times. FOR THOSE DRIVING IN: TRAVEL DATES: (Driving in) Arrive in Freeport, TX no later than 2000 (8pm). If you would like to meet us for a get together (meet & greet), then be at On The River Restaurant by 1800 (6pm). Boarding: August 29th, 08 @ approximately 8:30pm Diving Days: August 30th through September 1st (Saturday - Monday) Return: September 1st @ approximately 5 - 6pm to dock. Where: F/G, Stetson, and eitherGeyer or Bryte Bank on the M/V Spree Who: We have 12 spots and CHUM has 12 spots....that's right between the two of us we have the whole boat.
