1) Membership fees will not be refunded after they are paid.

2) You can cancel your supporting membership at anytime in the following two ways: If you have paid using paypal subscriptions, login to your account at www.paypal.com, find your latest Zendiving.com subscription invoice and cancel the subscription. If you are paying annually or by check, do not send another payment. Our system will automatically adjust your account and move you to the appropriate user group when your payment has expired.

3) Memberships can not be transferred to other users.

4) Zendiving.com appreciates the contributions of our members through memberships and board activity. We will not, however, deviate from our Rules of Conduct. The rules of conduct have been designed to encourage an environment that is fun and comfortable for all members. The payment of membership dues does not provide a level of exception to these Rules. All members, including administrators (ADMINS), moderators (MODS), and leaders of this site will be treated equally with regard to these rules. Users violating the Rules of Conduct are subject to, at the discretion of the site owner, consequences up to and including banishment from the site for severe or repeated offenses. If a member is banned for violations of the Rules of Conduct, membership fees will not be refunded.

5) Zendiving.com provides members with unique benefits according to their membership level. From time to time, changes to these benefits may occur to reflect the community's changing needs, vendor/business offerings, or to better support the growth of the site. We expect that changes will occur on a limited basis, if ever, and generally will include the addition of member benefits. If, in the opinion of the ZD.com management, these changes create a fundamental difference in the membership expectations established by the site, you will be notified of the changes. All other changes will be included on the paid subscriptions link available through the ZD forum.
