I suppose everyone knows this, but 27% of the gasoline capacity of the U.S. has been shut down. That's not just Louisiana, but the Exxon Mobil refinery in Baytown which produces 15% of the U.S. gasoline. I filled up tonight which with careful driving will last me for 2 weeks. Just a heads up--I don't think we should hoard or be greedy--but some of us have essential travel we need to do. Cpnservation is the key.
