How do you season the cooking water?

How long do you cook a live lobster?

How do you know when he's done?

Don't know about lobster but crabs are crustaceans so.....

1. Put Zararain's Boil in the water and bring to a boil.
2. Until they quite moving! :D
3. When the shell is a pretty dark red,
4. Crack and dip in Garlic butter

Normally I'd put a lil salt/pepper, garlic in the water....when he tu rns bright red he's done

umm what time should I be there for the lobster feast?
