Entering your Member Map Location Information
How to add yourself to the Zendiver Dive Buddy Locator
Main Screen
On the main screen you'll see the members that already entered their information. To be able to set your location you must be a registered member on zendiving.com. Clicking on the marker will show the username and a small blurb that the member inserted. Also, there is a image tab and some of our members actually insert images, most of the time, their avatars. The zooming functions are located on the left of the map control. During movement of map, right side shows longitude and latitude positions.
To refresh the map, click on the "REFRESH" button. To view a list of the users, click on the "LIST USERS" button.
YOUR ENTRY: (inserts)
If you haven't entered any information yet, you will be redirected to the insert page.
Insert the title you want to display (like your username) in the "Marker title" input box. Click on the correct location. Clicking will place a marker and automatically focus the map on the center. If you make a mistake, just click on the map again the marker will automatically move to the new location. FOR MORE ACCURACY ZOOM THE MAP FIRST.
Enter your lattitude and longitude by dragging, zooming the smaller map. The map centers to where you click so make sure your position your location in the centre of the screen. The values from this will be inserted automatically. The zooming functions are located on the left of the map control known as the control panel. You can also add more text in the "Marker Text" input box as well as adding an image from an existing location on the internet.
After completing all fields, don't forget to click the "Insert the information" button. You will be redirected to the main map page.
TIP: If your marker update or delete doesn't show directly, clear browser cache and reload the main map page.
YOUR ENTRY: (modify)
Once entered clicking YOUR ENTRY will load an update page. The values you previous entered will be reloaded. You can change your location, your title, text, and your image.
A delete function is also available. Check the "Delete the marker information" box and click on the "Update the information" button.
You want to put a link to your location in your signature, no problem. In the "Link To Your Location" area, there are three different ways you can accomplish this: BBCode - HTML - Normal URL. Just copy the correct string and use it in your signature, profile or on your website. You can use any other image you want between the links or just use a small text.

LIST USERS
An overview list of all markers grouped by usergroup. Here you are able to browse the members, view their exact location on the main map, and the ability to Edit or Delete your information from here as well.
